All of the above doctors have confirmed their attendance and look forward to meeting with you IN-PERSON!
To make this dream come true, we need to hear from you!
As we confirm logistics and finalize the venue space, we want to know how likely you are to attend.
We must make sure that at least 75 people attend in person as we must use 40 room nights at the hotel. The room rate will be good three days prior to the conference and three days after if you wish to vacation at a beautiful time of the year in Florida.
As many of you know we have used the beautiful Shingle Creek in the past and it is a five-star resort here in the Orlando area. This year we have been given a fantastic room rate of $129 per night. Our conference space is surrounded by doors and windows to the outside patio on the ground level of the hotel.
DAYS OF CONFERENCE
YEARS OF PPA
8:30 AM - 5 PM: CONFERENCE
6 PM - 8 PM: STRONGBRIDGE DINNER
The conference will be a two-day rather than three-day conference to try to conserve everyone’s energy level.
The conference hours will be 8:30-5:00 on Saturday followed by a dinner sponsored by Strongbridge Biopharma.
9 AM - 3 PM: DOCTOR GROUP Q+A
5 PM: END OF CONFERENCE
Attendees will form small groups as the doctors travel between these groups on an hourly basis, spending sit-down time with all of you to answer your questions. We hope that this format will make your experience more intimate and allow time for all questions to be answered.
Sunday is Halloween. We encourage EVERYONE to dress in costume for the day and we will be expecting some “special guests!”
* Please let us know your intentions about attending. We will adhere to all COVID-19 precautions that are in place at the time of the conference by the CDC and hope as many of you as possible will have received your vaccine.
